This agreement is a legal contract between you and Yilian VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the terms of this agreement. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. Reverse engineering, source code extraction, text translation for derivative products, or creation of derivative versions is not allowed. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or fees, and fee changes will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.
This Service integrates certain necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the respective terms of those partners.
Service limitation notice: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service cannot be used due to device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or third-party platform policy changes, the Service Provider is not responsible. Mobile carriers may charge data fees when you use the App outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges are your responsibility.
Users are fully responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to battery depletion is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate routing information, some data comes from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice.
